Like amethyst, the color purple is associated with the 7th chakra - the seat of cosmic consciousness and a symbol of the highest state enlightenment. I created this juice to nourish and activate this energy center. The tart taste will definitely activate your senses! Moreover, the dark skinned fruit is full of nutrients that nourish your brain and have the ability to delay aging.
Ingredients:
- 1pound purple plums, pits removed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup black currents
- 1 cup goose berries
- 1 inch long chunk of ginger
- 1 cup black, pitted cherries to add a little sweetness to this tart composition (optional)
Place all ingredients in a juicer. Start with plums and ginger. Follow with berries. Process on a medium speed to receive dark purple juice. Add an ice cube if you prefer your juice chilled. Enjoy right away.
